TheLastWill

At the funeral of New York’s elite Vanderbilt family, Helena, a cool‑headed and mysterious European inheritance lawyer, makes her entrance. In her capacity as the estate executor, she freezes all of the family’s assets on the spot, sending shockwaves through the clan. She is none other than Evelyn, the illegitimate daughter who was framed by her stepmother fifteen years ago, pushed off into the ocean by her elder brother, and betrayed by her entire family. Having survived the near‑fatal drowning, she lay low for fifteen years and returned as a sharp‑edged legal powerhouse. Methodically plotting her moves, she brings her arrogant elder brother, venomous stepmother and hypocritical younger sister to public ruin one after another, making them pay for their past betrayals. Dark undercurrents swirl along her path of vengeance. Her step‑brother, who has kept her in his thoughts for years, watches over her in secret. Her late father’s hidden schemes and a long‑unseen mysterious younger brother gradually emerge from the shadows. Caught in the whirlpool of wealth and hatred, she will personally settle every score of betrayal.
