the covenant of betrayal

Wedding Day. Same Dress. Different Woman. Rose walks into her own vow ceremony and finds her fiancé's "friend" standing at the altar—wearing the exact same gown. He chases her out. Leaves Rose alone under a crystal that was supposed to bind their souls. Then she learns he took the other woman to Moonlight Lake. Their sacred ground. So she does what any wolf would do: she severs the soulbond, takes every crystal he ever spent on his mistress, and watches him find out—in front of the entire Council of Elders—that she already ended the pregnancy he didn't even know she had. A hybrid prince who gambled on two women and lost them both. A fox whose tails are cut as punishment. And a she-wolf who howls alone at the moon—then builds an empire on the ruins he left behind.
