Mom's Gap Year

Talented Wall Street analyst Ella is forced into a contractual marriage with billionaire Sebastian to fund her mother’s urgent $5 million liver transplant. Bound by family inheritance rules, Sebastian urgently needs a nominal wife, so the two sign a three-year marriage deal and live as distant strangers under the same roof. Their peaceful fake marriage collapses after Ella gets pregnant. She is framed by Sebastian’s vengeful half-brother Nick, who plots to ruin the Black Group with the scandal. The incident triggers stock crashes and public backlash. Contrary to all expectations, Sebastian firmly defends Ella and flees with her to Switzerland. During their refuge, his meticulous care melts their estrangement. Nick is eventually arrested and punished for his schemes. Ella safely gives birth to twin daughters. The fake marriage gradually turns into sincere love. Sebastian terminates the fixed-term contract, proposes to Ella, and their transactional marriage finally becomes a warm, lifelong romance with mutual redemption.
