His Boss’s Wife Was His Ex

Vanessa had been with her fiancé Seth for seven years, ready to marry him. But on their wedding license day, Seth abandoned her at the clerk’s office to marry his childhood sweetheart Chloe—all so he could legally adopt her baby. Heartbroken, Vanessa left the country and entered an arranged marriage with the mysterious tycoon Grayson Vance. Three years later, Vanessa returned home pregnant with their second child, alongside her husband and young son. At the airport, Seth and Chloe ran into her. Believing she was destitute and begging to come back, Seth mocked and humiliated her, even offering her a job as Chloe’s nanny. Vanessa stayed silent and hid her true identity. Soon after, at a high-profile gala honoring Grayson, Seth and Chloe attacked Vanessa again—breaking her priceless diamond bracelet and physically assaulting her. That’s when Grayson appeared, holding their son, revealing the truth: Vanessa was the billionaire’s beloved wife.
