An Archmage Under My Roof

Seven years ago, the Grand Inquisitor Avero slew a magic dragon before an entire army, saved a dying girl named Georgina, left her a Morningstar pendant, and vanished into the demon tide. Seven years later, to escape a forced marriage to a tyrannical knight commander, the Ice Countess Georgina impulsively marries a penniless, manure-covered stable hand as a desperate gesture of defiance. She has no idea that this "worthless" husband, holding a baby and only wanting to buy pudding, is the very god she has been searching for—the one who once made the entire continent tremble. He downs her father's deadly frozen poison without flinching. He flicks the royal princess's world-ending curse back with a casual wave. A grand mage falls to his knees at the sight of him. And when everyone mocks him as a "lowly stable boy unworthy of a countess," a six-winged seraphim descends from the heavens—an epic hardcore underdog reversal, face-slapping all, full-force divine crushing satisfaction!
