A Belated Sight

On their second wedding anniversary, Elara carefully prepared a surprise for her husband Logan, only to receive one cold sentence in return: “Plans have changed.” Because his first love, Sienna, had returned. He personally put a coat on Sienna, gave her his black card, and even let her move into their home. Meanwhile, Elara was holding a pregnancy test showing she was five weeks pregnant, ready to tell him a secret about their child. When Logan placed a million-dollar sapphire necklace on his first love in front of three hundred guests, Elara finally understood — in this marriage, she had been the only one holding on. She didn’t argue. She didn’t beg him to stay. She simply left the divorce papers behind and disappeared completely with her unborn child. Only after losing her did Logan realize that the woman who had once supported him through everything was the one person he truly could not afford to lose. But when he fell to his knees and begged for another chance, Elara only asked one question: “If she comes back again, will you still choose me?” This time, Logan must spend the rest of his life proving that he finally sees the wife he once hurt beyond repair.
